A special screw driver / tool is required to remove the drive belt cover on my Elan 32. Can you advise where I can get one and what is it called.
I think the belt needs replacing but cant get the cover off.

- Belt stretched on my mother-in-law's Elan 32. I see that Qualcast have put a pin in the middle of the Torx screw head. Typical manufacturer's design, to stop DIY people doing the basic maintenance tasks!. Got plenty of Torx heads but with no hole in middle for pin to go, so I improvised using two small srewdrivers wedged into the screw head at 180 degrees apart. This worked for me and will replace it with a self tapping screw. Hope your screw is not too tight.

If it's a Torx head screwdriver that you need then you can use this product ES1526158. The screw head will look a sort of star shape.
