Hi, I have a Diplomat ADP4610 Oven and the Fan element has blown, I want to take it out before ordering a new one but I undo 2 screws but it is still fast do I need to get to this from the back of the oven?

Once the screws have been removed the element should become loose. If it is still rigid, there may be baked-on food and debris holding the bracket to the wall of the oven cavity. Try gentle leverage to release it.
