how do I remove the old valve

The final screw is under the casing and can't be reached. I need to know I can complete the job before ordering a new one otherwise will have to pay to have it done . Have you any advice or instructions you can e-mail ? Help!

    RE Dave P's comment: If you look at Malindi's comment it was made nearly 12 months before we produced and posted the video that is now attached. This shows we do 'listen to our customers and will try to ensure the help they need is available.
