Hotpoint ULTIMA
Not so much a question as a bit of help. . All the Youtube videos talk about the "key" point to press down to release the paddle is in the third hole. In the Hotpoint Ultima range (my model is WTM960P UK R ....I think) and the hole you need to press down to draw back the paddle is the sixth one, not the third. What drove me to post this was the lady who had trouble back in August. Hope it's fixed by now!!
