Hi have just purchased this and have no idea how to remove the old paddle. Can you help?

If it doesn't pop out as in this demonstration than are you should simply be able to unscrew the old one and replace.
- the video shows a different paddle to this one and is no help in demonstrating how to remove it. Please advise further.Thanks
