Creda TRE11 tumble dryer overheat cut out could be down to fan motor, if just repalce then could go again

I have a Creda TRE11 and the 150oC cut out operated and presume the 105oC must have but reset as on testing OK. I know that the dryer has not turned so maybe fan belt/motor becoming worn. If this is the case then replacing the overheat cuts will work as per your video but would think that the motor/fan belt tension worth mentioning. If this was the case then the dryer would work as cut outs replaced and then when drum doesn't turn will operate them and back to square one?
