The light will not link to our wi-fi it states that it should be 2.4 ghz??

I have gone through the instructions step by step and seen your very instructive video, but it will not link to the wifi. The bulb flashes as it should.

Hi, There is a chance that your WiFi router is set to the 5ghz frequency if this is the case you will need to follow the instructions on your router to review and possibly change it. You should be able to log into it and review your internet settings and from here you should be able to identify your current wireless frequency and change it to 2.4ghz.
