How do I fit a new dryer handle when the door stayed shut?
Siemens tumble dryer WT46E388GB. The handle snapped off and the door stayed closed. How do I get the door open in order to fit the replacement handle?

The catch on your dryer is a pull type and is not released by the handle. To open carefully prise a screwdriver between the door and the front and lever taking care not to scratch the paint.
