De Scaling Cartridge
If this cartridge is not working correctly , would this prevent my cleaner from heating up? When the start button is pressed , I get the green power light on,no other lights are on , & when the lance is operated ,nothing happens .

This cartridge should not interfere with the steam cleaner from heating up, you will need to test the element to establish if it has failed.
