Is this door seal held in place with screwed plastic panel?(as opposed to being pushed in place)

- Yes - lots of screws (at least for the Neff K64463X0GB/32). It fits though. You'll probably need to take the door off (may be a good opportunity to upgrade the hinges at the same time).
