Samsung RSA1SHPN freezer not defrosting
Hi. Hope you can help with fault diagnosis: Freezer compartment in the above model keeps frosting up. Had a fridge engineer round and they have checked the resistance across the heater and said it's fine so could be the PCB. The door panel shows -20 degrees but obviously as its not defrosting behind the back panel, the freezer compartment is not cold enough to keep contents frozen. Are there any other components it could be or tests to the PCB that can be done before committing?
