If this PCB has blown on my old New World gas cooker model CKG 21514BR can it be reset or do I need a new part.

I think the fan has stopped on my cooker and so the PCB has blown safe and there is no display on the programmer?

    Until the clock is set the oven will not work so this PCb may need replacing.
