PCB board problem?

Hi Our wmc61w will not start , never had a problem until now. After closing the door and pressing the main on/ off button the ready light illuminates , but the start/ pause button which normally flashes stays unlit. Water supply ok , had no strange noises no odours from electrics just no response. Could this be the PCB or possible the electric door mechanism at fault? Hope all this makes sense and you could please shed some light on what has happened. Regards John Huxley

It is more likely to be the door lock than the board, you cannot test the board but look for any signs of damage.
