the spray arm on my dishwasher has come off if I buy this new one does it come with the appropriate fittings or can I buy the fitting to fit my old one on?

This spray arm has the nut with four locating pegs that lock on to the supply pipe. If yours falls off the four pegs as seen on the picture of the nut are likely to be damaged.
