Am I ordering the correct part to fix my problem?
My zwf81463wr no longer takes fabric softener into the machine, is there a "gate " within thus housing that can go faulty and cause "all" water entering it to be directed to the powder drawer which is stopping my conditioner being taken into the wash, or, is it the solenoid switches on the water intake pipes that causes this? I've had it stripped and it is clean as a whistle so it's nit a pipe or mesh blockage. When the water enters on the final rinse, it is diverted down the left of the dispenser to the powder drawer and the conditioner remains in the right side compartment. Putting the machine on a rinse and pouring a small amount of water into the conditioner compartment allows the conditioner to flow to the machine. So it's either the drawer or the split pope of the water intake which is faulty? Unless it us the pcb? Unlikeky. Please help me. The machine us barely out of a 2yr guarantee and not worth throwing or to a costly reoair. Thanks.

It sounds like there is a problem with the top conveyor assembly as it is not being diverted into the correct compartment.
