why did my HANDY PLUS HOOVER never worked properly since i bought it?
I bought this together with a hoover vacuum cleaner but it has never worked well. I have taken it to every service center there is here in Greece they change the batteries but without any result. The money I have spent overcome the price of it but I can't give up as it is against my nature to have something that I have bought in a not working status. Please send some advice to me as to what should I do to make it work or if it could be possible to replace it. thank you very much, waiting to hear from you A. VASILAKI

If the product never worked correctly (in your opinion) and has been examined by other repair centres without improvement it suggests your expectation of performance is not matched by the cleaner. There are always good and bad performing appliances and I do not think this one is going to be improved simply by replacing parts.
