catches on the door

One of the door catches on my microwave seems to have gone. When the door is shut it will not open. When I press the opening pad there is no resistance as if a spring has gone. When I managed to get it open there are two spaces inside for catcbes. In one space there is a plastic thing which moves up and down. In the other space there is nothing which makes me think that something has sheared off inside. Otherwise the whole unit works perfectly. I first had a Panasonic when this type of model was £900 and they are perfect. If it is the door catch that has gone is it replaceable. If you do not sell this part can you point me in the direction of a company that does. I have looked at a lot of other microwaves and many of them seem to have the same system.

As you can see the door latch Stock Number: ES189308 has two catches, If one has broken you need to dismantle the door and replace it. If the latch has both catches but is not sprung down when the door is closed the spring mount may have broken off the door trim.
