The main oven is not working - no light comes on and no heat to oven. Is this the thermostat?

- Is the thermostat rod in main oven part of the thermostat knob on the front of the oven. If so where is it on the bi-metal thermostat? Bought a new fan and motor, but oven still not working, but fan is.
