ive a morphy richards iron model no 11000386.
i have changed the water filter but still can'not get any steam.what could be the problem?

If the water cannot pass through the iron and you live in a hard water area it is likely that it has blocked up with limescale. You may be able to clear it by using Stock Number: ES1541155
