could you tell me if this is the item that clips behind the control panel that holds the start/pause button and the buzzer button in place
tumble dryer model DCU8230. the problem is the small plastic return on the start button has broken and the button wont work. thanks, jim

It sounds like this is the part you require. It is made of clear plastic to transmit light to the front and to hinge the buttons between the facia and the board.
