    Chris at eSpares says...

This appliance appears to take some cold air from the freezer and duct this into the fridge to control the temperature. This is a frost free freezer and if ice builds up in the freezer due to a defrost problem, then this can stop the cold air reaching the fridge. To start completely defrost the appliance by emptying and leaving the doors open for 48 hours to clear any ice behind the covers. If the problem reoccurs after a few weeks then it suggests a defrost problem (probably the heater is faulty).
