I've fitted a new heater element and thermostat but my tumbler still wont heat up. Could a new PCB assembley be the answer.

After I fitted the heater element and thermostat when the tumbler was turned on the element got warm for about 5 seconds then there was a click from the PCB assembley and the heater went off. Ive already spent nearly £60 on it and don't want to throw another £60 for the assembly at it if it wont solve the problem. Any ideas?

Check that water is draining into the container as if it is blocked it may turn the heater off to prevent leaks and flooding.
