How to fit the grill element on Panasonic combination oven
Instruction book says only qualified engineer to take back off. Husband is retired electrician so is it safe for him to fit the elements?

The issue is with the microwave part if the oven as only a qualified microwave technician can safely work on them due to the voltages, it needs to be discharged before any work can be undertaken.
