Replacement defrost heaqter

Hi I have a Samsung RSH1NBBP fridge freezer and the fridge keeps icing up behind the fridge coil cover at the back could this mean the defrost heater has gone open circuit if so is the ES1562034 the correct part Regards Stuart

    This fridge can suffer from ice build-up and has a repair kit to prevent this occurring Stock Number: ES1406833. Fully defrost before removing the cover. Fit the brackets onto the back of the upper mounting screws, replace and move the sensor to the far left of the pipework and reset codes as per the instructions. Check and replace the defrost heater if required.
