I have tried to get through on the phone to Dyson but could not, I can smell burning could it be the motor? Dc33 mulifloor hoover! ThankYou

    If there is good suction from the hose disconnect the bin and if the smell occurs with the agitator turned off by the clutch in the parked position it is likely to be a faulty motor.
