gotta kenwood slimline dishwasher water wont heat model KWD 45X10 replaced thermostate

If the heater checks ok and you have replaced the thermostat it can only by damaged wiring (unlikely) or a faulty control board.
- got reading of 28ohms from heater can it be anything else?
