How do I fit this?

I need to re-fit the front right hand roller, pin and nut but it seems impossible as the nut needs to be held in place inside a length of trunking with hardly any access to it. Does anyone have the solution please.

  • I have contacted Aga for the answer. The left hand roller will fit as you say Chris but the right hand one does not have enough access. For others with the same problem, slide out the cooker half way, undo the screw at the bottom of the panel and ease open the panel carefully. This gives you just enough room to get the nut into place. By Vic Blake - Nottingham - 11 February 2016

From memory we think it possible to slide the nut into position with your finger tip and start to screw the pin and wheel onto the nut. Once hand tight you may be able to 'nip up' with a small socket or ring spanner. If not you may have to remove panels or tip over the cooker to access the nut. Have a magnetic pick up tool like Stock Number: ES1637560 for when you drop the nut. :-)
