Oven not heating up as normal, not reaching temperature
on fan setting not heating up at all, on normal oven setting taking forever to start heating and then not reaching anywhere near hot as before. Model dfs903.1 delongi professional electric range oven.

- I would alternatively suspect the heating element they don't always go on a straight fail and can partly work giving warm not hot.

It sounds like it's an issue with the thermostat given it is taking ages with both fan and regular setting. Self diagnosis can prove difficult though so I would still recommend that a professional take a look at it.
