Hello , I received this hinge when I tryed to fit the hinge I was unable to tighten the bolt under the lever . The hole in the base plate is in a position that may need a special toll to tighten the bolt. Any ideas of how to tighten this bolt?
The s/n is 3490018210461419,Hoover MBRU160/1AK, UPPER RIGHT HAND HINGE , IF I may return this part ,and order the correct hinge please.

We think it should be possible to tighten or remove the bolt by using a kit like Stock Number: ES1584155
