Liquidiser leaked from around the base
The new part has the same fault, the leaks are from the 2 red inserts in the underside of the new base unit. It is not a matter of screwing the base more tightly to the jug.I now have a new base that leaks as badly as the old. What is wrong? the jug is not leaking,.

We would suggest replacing the seal if this has not already been done.
