Turntable problem with Panasonic NN-K655BBPQ. Motor is out from underneath, no problem. But coupler from inside unit does not lift up, however hard I pull. Is there a trick to this? I want to inspect it before deciding what the problem might be.

The coupler should be released once the motor is out as it needs to move slightly 'off center' but will be held by the motor shaft.
