Having removed the front panel of my Hotpoint 9306W drier to replace drum belt now having great difficulty in replacing the switch control unit would appreciate advice

To locate the 'cabinet bars' use a long thin bladed screwdriver or knitting needle through one front panel hole to push the bar to the correct position and fix with a screw. I have always found this machine to be a particularly difficult to work on.
