Jet 073

Hi< I have a twin cavity gas over cooking theatre model BT2745 SS. My problem is I took it to the carribean, but they use bottled gas and now my cooker is given off dangerous fumes both from the burners and the gas overn. I have been told the jets needs to be changed as the holes are too large on them to accommodate the bottle gas. Do you think I could use the 0,73 jet instead or do you know what size jet I may need? Thanks for you help.
