I bought one of these PCBs from you over a year ago it fixed the problem Fridge becoming freezer) but its kaputt again same problem, is that to be expected?
That said I'm buying another one today.

These pcb's can fail but it is unusual for them to fail again in such a short time. However as this resolved the problem last time and is in this case a low cost part I would order and replace as it is the easiest part to replace. Even if it did not resolve the problem you would have a 'spare' for future use.
