How easy is this heat pump to fit ?
I have struggled getting into the bottom of this machine - do you have a video that shows how to get to this part please, and where it is located ? You have always helped in the past - thanks !

The manufacturer in this case has designed the machine to have the 'tank' lifted of the base for access. This is a job that many experienced engineers are not keen to tackle and certainly not recommended unless you are a very competent repairer.
