Are there one or two ropes in the pack?

- I only purchased 1 rope to replace the broken one that dropped out of the unit. Although the attached video is not focused on replacing the rope it does show you how to get to the rope, mostly. Hopefully, it will be obvious how to disconnect and unthread the existing rope and put the new one into the pully. Yes, the rope is connected to a spring under neither the unit. Will also find out if my model has one or 2 role and pully systems.
