      why my Black & Decker 12V Power Tool Battery Charger is not charging?

      i have put it on charge overnight and forgotten left it on charge also for all day

        If your Battery will give the slightest power to your drill then it is likely to be a charger problem. The charger will normally have a non replaceable thermal fuse that will fail if it overheats.
