    This thermostat will only turn on if the temperature is above above freezing and 5C or above. Check the temperature inside the fridge. if it is around 3 or 4C then the thermostat does not need to turn on. If it is significantly above this temperature and the motor is not trying to run then it suggests the thermostat may be faulty. We cannot give more accurate information than this so if you still are unsure then you may consider on this occasion it may be better to contact a repair agent as we can only guide you.
