How do I remove the fridge door and the top cover (over the control panel) to gain access to the control panel?
There are two philips screws that seem to hold the top cover in place. However they both just turn in their holes. They won't come out. Also do I need to remove the fridge door to gain access to the control panel?

We believe there should be two screws under the panel that hold it in position. Have a second person hold the door while you remove the screws. Once removed the panel can be removed and the door lifted off the other hinge.
