How does this screw fit into the small square hole, do the tabs go inside?
This screw fell out when I removed the main screw covering the element. I cant seem to get it to fit back into the small square hole again (from inside the oven), I would be grateful if you could explain how you managed this as I'm not normally this inept!! Thank you.

We think to fit this part you need to push in at a 45 degree angle and then straighten to lock in place.
