can i use this to connect karcher window kit to a normale garden hose with out going to a power washer first.

Hi, the Karcher window cleaner kit needs a pressure washer to operate. This connector is used for connecting your regular garden hose to the pressure washer. You then connect the window cleaner kit to the pressure washer. It just wouldn't work with a lack of pressure!
