I have fitted the fan oven motor and tested it, unfortunately it does not work, can you advise
The element is heating up and oven light comes on, the fan however does not spin.

The fan is usually controlled by the switch so check the contacts for signs of burning or damage. Also check the terminal connectors where the cable comes in as these can have links that come loose and burn. Check for loose wires.
