help with diagnosing problem and choosing part
The fan in my Neff U1721 oven is not working. The oven heats up to below 200 degrees even when set to 220 degrees and somtimes drops below 180 and the red light does not out. Are you able to advise me if it is an oven elment I need or the oven fan motor. If it is the oven motor I need is thuis part the same as the genuine part stock no ES486135

Hi Goretti Without actually seeing your Neff U1721 cooker, it is impossible to tell what is causing this problem. What I would advise is talking to your local Neff or cooker specialist and they should be able to diagnose the problem for you. And that's where we come in!
