I've a T-racer but there's no model number/name on it. The lance has 'disappeared' so we have to bend down to use the T-racer! Will the washer extension lance ES507805 fit please?

Hi Taffy078, the extension hose is just that - an extension rather than a replacement! Hi Nipps, the T-300 has a larger working diameter than the T-200, and therefore means decreasing motor ware, water usage and the time spent cleaning by you with a 300.
It says fits all the KB domestic series, but the KB602 gun I have does not have an obvious means of unplugging the lance to plug in the patio cleaner attachment. I would like to purchase this attachment if someone can show me instructions as to how it can be simply swapped

Hi Purchased this a couple of years ago Very impressed with the product and the fast delivery from Espares. However, I managed to break the plastic coupling which joins the two sections of aluminium pole together. Is it possible to buy replacement parts ? i.e. either the plastic coupling, or the 2-part pole section assembly ?? Thanks

I HAVE MANAGED TO SNAP THE MIDDLE CONNECTOR BETWEEN THE TO POLES AND ARE HAVING PROBLEMS TRYING TO GET A NEW ONE DO YOU STOCK OR KNOW WHERE?

Could you please explain what are the principal differences between these two products other than price? Does the T-400 have a larger diameter working area than the T-300 or is it more powerful, for example?

Hi Limey, the T-400 is the newer model and will only fit K4 series washers on newer, whereas the 300 will fit all domestic washers. However the 400 is the more advanced attachment. It is pointed rather than circular so can reach awkward spots the 300 can't. The 400 also has a larger working diameter, and comes with an additional power nozzle for edges.
