It is likely that either the spindle and bearings Stock Number: ES952758 are worn or the spray arm itself.
The patio cleaner has two silver pipes with it one of which should fit into the bayonet fitting. It doesn't get in with sufficient depth to twist the handle to hold firm. The protecting shroud on the second pipe is what is the problem. Can it be adjusted in some way? I'd appreciate any advice you can give.

If the locking shroud will not allow fitment to your gun you may have to replace the gun assembly.

What type of connector does the T300 have? Is it a screw or push on? My machine is screw so can I buy an adaptor if necessary?

All Karcher domestic accessories are fitted using a push and twist bayonet fitting. If you cannot identify an adaptor suitable fill in the form at the 'Help me find the part I need' link below.

These rotary cleaners disturb block paving sand a lot less than direct pressure washing but clean very well. It will depend on your mortar but this will probably be the best type of cleaning head.

Remove the pivot Stock Number: ES952758 and ensure it is clean and free from corrosion.
Your website shows the karcher T-300 patio cleaner is compatible with K6 series Pressure washers, but when I checked compatibility by entering my K650MB it came up that it wasn't compatible. How come? 1 Answer
My karcher has the usual and standard bayonet connection but the video shows a threaded sleeve as well between the T300 patio cleaner and the lance. Does the revised lance come with the cleaner head?

The threaded sleeve is fitted on the attachment and also on the extension and should fit onto any Karcher gut that accepts a bayonet fitting.
