      Terrible customer service.
      I purchased a belt for my lawnmower that was recommended for the make and model. The motor belt snapped almost instantly after installing. After getting the lawn mower inspected by two different qualified individuals I was told it was a faulty motor belt. Numerous times I have tried to contact espares to no satisfactory result.

      replacement freezer door…
      I ordered a replacement freezer door for a Hotpoint fridge freezer on 28th May with delivery within 4 days. I received the correct part exactly as described and it was delivered within 2 days. No problem with additional VAT or customs charges.
