Once your pasta has been flattened out you can feed it through this pasta cutter, the fresh pasta will be cut into long tangliatelle strips, perfect for a large variety of sauces. The AT971A is easy and quick to attach to your Chef or Major, it has been made out of heavy duty stainless steel which ensures that it is extremely durable and perfect for large quantities.

The roller has been crafter from a high quality bronze which is used my professional Italian chefs, this unique feature helps with feeding the pasta dough into the attachment. With 9 variable thickness settings you can choose the perfect thickness for you or you can try and different thickness each time.

The ribbons are approximately 6mm in width, also the flat pasta maker is essential before using any other pasta attachments. Kenwood have designed their Chef and Major ranges to be customised to allow everyone the ability to prepare amazing dishes in your own home.
