NTC Sensor resistance Beko DCU8230

Hi my Beko DCU8230 dryer is not heating. I have checked the back thermostat red button and reset but still not heating. The red button thermostat has 0 ohms resistance the white one has 4700 Ohms. The heater appears to be OK? with about 70 ohms between the black and red connections and 30 between white and red and 100 Ohms between red and white connection. I have taken the NTC out of the front and it has a resistance of 10 K. Please advise what if I need to replace to get the dryer working.
