The knobs are: Stock Number: ES683226 and Stock Number: ES693908 The control assembly behind the knob is Stock Number: ES680431

We do not have information on this but from the image of the part we think you have to unplug the switch and squeeze the clips under the switch to allow them to pass through the mounting hole and remove it. Then slide the new plug and cable through and push the switch into position.
