To remove the old drawer front carefully use a paint scraper or flat blade to prise between the base of the drawer and the front to release the locking tabs. Work the blade along releasing the clips until free and lift away until of the clips at the sides.

Hi Chezzy I can't match the RZ820 in our database of Hotpoint freezers, however there is a RZ80 model. If you could double check your freezer for the model number we would be happy to find the right drawer front for you.
